I'm worried that my 2 tortoises shells are a little dull. What would cause this?

A dry, dusty enclosure can make them look a bit dull and shabby. Plus if they spend too much time under the heat lamp the keratin gets a bit dehydrated. If you ensure that the humidity levels don't drop too low levels and you keep them well hydrated the shells should brighten up.

How regularly do you bathe them? Have you get any pictures of them and their enclosure that you could post, so we can help you more? :)
