HI
this bis my first year of hibernation so am very nervous. I have had my two bigger torts in the fridge in soul and sand now for a week, this is their second week, today though one of the torts was fully awake and moving which is odd as when i weighed him on sunday he was fast asleep.... should i be concerned?

You sure you have it cold enough?

Thats all i can think of, unless your checking on them too often which might of unsettled him.

If in doubt get him out.

Your right to be worried, what are your temps?
I experianced this last yr when my temps were too high... Are his eyes open? Has he moved positions? I would keep close eye on temps, his weight, and also check regulary to make sure he hasnt wee'd :)
