It’s Aleksander Dular. Very greedy man. He bought a few tortoises from a ‘lady’ called Alenka some years ago. They fence wild tortoises onto their land in spring until they lay and then release them so they don’t have to care for them. Disgustingly unscrupulous people and CITES grant them licences to export these babies. Unbelievable! Shame they don’t do dna testing on them.
