what age can a torotise give birth? i have a male and a female who are 3 years old

You have quite await to go yet , males can be sexually active from as young as 4 yrs in captivity , while females take a lot longer to mature from 10-15 yrs some do reach egg laying size at 7 years but its best to avoid breeding till she is at adult length which would be between 7-9 inches S,C,L

We have one thats been randy from the age of three, now he's real hard work, having to keep him away from the ladies lol, he got into their enclosure yesterday and looked real pleased with himself, went absolutely mad when we took him outta there lol. :)

Hubby aint big on photos Sarah, none of us are really, we do have some somewhere but our house is all over the place a right hippy paradise, couldn't put my hand to much in a hurry thats for sure lol, will try and find some for ya honey. :)

I know this has been said elsewhere (apologies for repeating myself) but it's not possible to sex a tortoise until they're at least four is it? Our eldest is four and is showing clear signs of being a male (tail hangs down) but Ringo's three this year and it's still difficult to call it, although they get on famously, which makes me wonder if Ringo isn't really one of the lads :)

Well we thought that our youngest was a female until they reached 3 years of age and he started to get his wedding tackle out all the time, lol, :)

LOL wedding tackle :) Male Hermanns aren't exactly monogamous!
I hardly think Hermanns are the marrying kind :)

ive had them sexed they are a boy and a girl
