Hi there. Sorry to hear about the problems with Shelly. I'd seriously advise taking her to the vets as soon as possible, if only to get her looked at by someone qualified to administer the appropriate course of treatment. Also, it'll be a weight off your shoulders to know that your tort is being treated, if it turns out to be an illness.

Is she passing anything from the other end? I would stop waiting to see what happens and get her to the vet ASAP - if she has a blockage it needs urgent treatment. Do not take her to a normal vet as you will not get anything better than you have heard from here. Check out a specialist near to you.

I'm sorry to sound harsh but the continual posting of the same question is not going to help your tortoise, and given the source i.e. buyatortoise you really need to act quickly to save it's life. An adult tortoise would need a quick response but a small one will perish considerably quicker. The mortality rate is high in these babies. To show how urgent this is - I would collect it myself and take it to my vet if you were near to me.
Look in your Yellow Pages right now and search until you find a reputable exotics vet.

Take it to the vets. If a tortoise is sick the chances are it can be very serious.
If you have just fed it and its brought the food up straight away or it has eaten a foreign piece of matter which is brought up straight away there is no concern. However if it has been a while after food and you have witnessed it being sick then it is probably a worm infestation or something just as serious. Tortoise`s are not designed to be able to be sick and will only do so usually commonly through worms, has it been checked,

I'm sorry we have delayed things for you, but I personally thought it was Urates, I have never heard of a tortoise vomiting white stuff.
I truly hope it is a reaction to Nutrabol, which is something you can correct easy.
But please get expert help and advice and lets get your tortie back on the road to good health
