I'm so very sorry to hear that Billy has passed away. He was a brave little tortoise and put up such a good fight, but in the end I guess it was not to be. Am thinking of you and your family now, and have also pm'd you.

Sorry to hear about Billy :D
Everyone is right you did the best you could for the little chap.
Do keep us updated on your new tort. Does he/she have a name yet?

Hello all, Thought I would add a picture of fred having his tea. He is really zooming around at the momment, the little monkey spends most of his time exploring his tort table, I think we will have to get handy andy to make it bigger to keep him entertained. Hope I have put the picture in the right place

Fred's a real stunner! Am so glad that he's well and happy. Now you can spend those long cold winter nights planning his super outdoor enclosure for next summer .

Hi Alison,

Was sorry to hear about Billy.

Fred does look great tho.

I'm in Cambridgeshire and really struggled to find a good vet near to me.

I have since takedn my Tort ~ Owen, to the London Road Vet, in Kings Lynn.

I can recommend the lady I saw (Annie) to everyone as she has tortoises of her own and was very knowledgeable.

Just thought that these people may be a little nearer to you then most.
