Hi Dan, fantastic photos mate, I know your used to them hatching, but it is still a nerve racking time when my eggs start to pip, what about you?...T.T.

Thrilled and excited, absolutely T.T. But no more nerve racking, it really has been that many eggs :D . I get more nervous when an egg is coming up on the longest ones gone before hatching. Then I'm careful to watch and check the albumen with a flash light, a small maglight works great. If the albumen has shrunk down half way then I'll go ahead and pip the egg myself. Definately not for the inexperienced or the faint of heart, but I'm sure I've saved a few tortoises doing that.

Your quite right there, I have pipped a few eggs myself, it is not as easy as one would think...T.T.
