Can someone tell me the best substrate to use for redfoots. Is there something I can buy in bulk at a decent price (eg. like bale of Hemp for Hermanns) that will last for ages?

I done a search on the site and couldn't find much info on this subject.

Thanks in advance,

you need something to hold the moisture in so hemp wouldnt be a good idea for that, im not sure what to use though
