Hi
I have been looking via internet at the mega ray - but what watt should be purchased? there were alot of different watts - I dont want to spend on a expensive bulb when it is too weak or worst case to hot for my little nut!!

Any ideas on the perfect heat/watt?

Thanks

Hi! I think most of us find the 120W is about right. Except for keepers with really huge tables or those using the lamp in a greenhouse on cold days who might go for a higher watt. But I've never used one of them myself.

Thanks :-))

I have just found a site that has 100 or 160w bulbs new for 26 with 12m guarentee just send back if any probs & get new bulb sent! the site was - www.just4reptiles.com - copy/pasted the ad description:-

The PerfectsunUV is currently our best seller. This item is an all in one bulb (Heat, light and UVA/UVB). As this bulb is high in good quality UVA/UVB it is also used to treat Metabolic Bone Disease.

Anyone had any dealings with the site or bought one of these before??
