No problem Becci. Just remember not to buy one from a pet shop as they are imports and bring in all sorts of problems ;)

No, I definitely won't be doing that!! I bought 2 boy rabbits that had babies from a pet shop. Then used a different shop to get my hubby a hamster. Thought right, get a boy, can't have babies then. 2 weeks later I was worried about Ralph, making lots of noise, frantically running about, Ralph had 9 babies by the time my hubby came home from work!! Since then, I have no faith in pet shops!! :/

If only it was just as simple as getting the sex wrong :( Although that must have been annoying.

Ha ha I know! We're not really equipt for a whole zoo!!
As you can see I like to research before I get a pet, not have them unexpectedly pop out!! :)

Can I ask how would you fix a uv strip light to a set up like this please?

Which setup? I use aquarium fittings or zip ties to attach to most setups.

The indoor rabbit/guinea pig cage setup.. I can see where you would clip a basking light but how would you secure a uv strip light to it? Or would you not need one?

I attach them to the top with garden ties, or if it is a high top to the cage, put them along the back just above the plastic base. You can put the ties around the tube or the clips at the back of reflectors.
