2day i got offered a breeding pair of hermann micro chipped for 500 is this a fair price?

Are they are a proven breeding pair? In other words, can the current owners provide proof that they have successfully bred? I would also ask why they want to sell a proven breeding pair....as for price, if you're willing to pay it then it's fair! But I would personally ask a few questions first. Also make sure they have their correct paperwork with them.

Also remember that just because they are a breeding pair in their current home it will not guarentee that they will breed when they come to you! Tortoises are very particular about where they choose to breed :rolleyes:

i am not going to go in head first.sort of know the guy through sw he has posted some nice pics of hatchlings their. he must have 40 50 torts
