Today io candelled my eggs for the last time after making some adjustments to the incubator temps just to make sure they were ok and im pleased to say that the 2 i thought were fertile are totally filed with nice red juicy veins going around the shell and a healthy dark lump in there.

So alls well and were on week 5.

My question is, they are incubated at an average temp of 31.5 degrees. How long roughly will they take to hatch , or when do i need to be checking them everyday for hatching signs as i dont want to disturb them too much of course.

They were laid on 5th Jan this year

Thanks in advance

i've had hermann's eggs hatch at 53 days and also at 63 days, i suppose it depends on temps smile.gif

At those temps, if constant I would be looking at around 60 days. Good luck
