Hello
How often in incubation should you check the substrate to see if its dry or moist,do you spray with warm water and do you spray over the eggs.I have had to adapt a propagator as it was not maintaining temp 0f 30c,the highest it was going in the first week was 25c so at the weekend we have had to put a light inside controlled by a reptile probe which is inserted through the the top and it switches off when temps are at 30.5c and when it drops the light comes back on,this is working great but when i have to moisten the substrate i will have to remove the light quickly, the only thing is i dont know how quickly the substrate is drying,i have put two small dishes of water inside. To take the lid and the light out to spray should not take too long.
