One tort is doing great, very energetic ate a little watercress. The othe has only drank when I bathed it. Hasn't eaten but sleeping all day. I've tried to wake it up twice but it don't seem to be interested in food....

Well in no just as worried. I brought 'dash' out n put bedding around him under the lamp. Also put a dandelion head near his mouth. After about 15 mins he ate the whole head. He has now returned to bed area.
I'm not just as worried, but will keep an eye on him.

Hi Maria,
As already said don't worry just yet, they can take a while to settle. My first tort wouldn't sleep all night if I changed anything in her enclosure!
The main thing is to keep up the baths, hydration is far more important at this time.
A useful thing to do is to weigh them regularly, I weigh mine perhaps more than neccessary  once a week. I find then I can judge how everyone is doing and can gauge how much food to be giving them. ( Once the little devil starts eating!!) Also if I have had any problems I have been able to share this info with the vet for him to think about.

Paula x
