Hey everyone
Harry is now in his tort table and seems very happy but as he has a lot more soil he is digging down but putting his head down first so his bottom is in the air. So my question is. Is this normal?????????. He always seems to do this in the same spot in the corner underneath his heat lamp.

Thanks again for all your reply's

Horsfields actually do much better outside, but if you have no choice, they need a very deep substrate that is damp on the bottom to prevent poor shell formation. Here is how mine are kept www.tortsmad.com/russians.htm Sleeping under the lamps in dry substrate, might lead to dehydration and bladder stones, so best discourage him from sleeping there to be honest ;)
