Are horsefields allowed to play and mix with different tortoises?

Tilly all species of tortoise, even the sub-species should be kept apart , they have different needs and bacteria and are susceptible to different germs.. Even the same species would need a long quarantine period before putting together. You make it sound like you have a play date set up for your tort.

Tortoises are loners in the wild and difficult to keep with other torts even of the same sub species. So it's definitely no.
