Do I need to get my Daisy checked for worms prior to hibernation, and if she does have them can I still hibernate her after treatment .
Can I just say Ive never seen any.
Thanks.

Hi Pam,
If you suspect Daisy has worms I would bring a poo sample to the vet for analysis. You will also need to make sure she is healthy and a good weight. If she is passed fit and healthy by your vet then you can plan ahead for hibernation. Hope this helps. Take care.
Kind Regards
Freddy

Thanks Freddy

Ive never seen any, but I think I will get her checked out at vets just in case, just to put my mind at rest.

Thank you I was planning on hibernating her between Jan/Feb for approx 8 weeks as this is her first hibernation so I hoping plenty of time to treat if needed, and also to be through her system, if that makes sense. :unsure2:
