I am sooooo excited I had to share my news.
Today I submitted my last 2 essays which means I am at the end of my 3 year nursing course.
I have my fingers crossed that I pass, but I have been up since 8am yesterday finishing my work. I am too excited to sleep, and it means I have some time of to relax at home watching my baby tort :-)
I hope you don't mind me sharing :-)
Love Clairey x x

Congratulations on getting it all finished.... and good luck.
I'm sure all your hard work will have paid off. How long do you have to wait for your results? x

What a relief for you Clairy... Now the impatient wait for your final results. When does that happen.. Are you fancying general nursing or have you an idea to specialise... It is a very worthwhile vocation. Again WELL DONE x x x hugs x x

Thanks guys, I should know my provisional results in the new year and if I pass then I have been offered a years secondment to train as a Health Visitor. I am still not sure if I would rather do this, or go straight to the wards and be a nurse for a while.
I am looking forward to a break now, and can start the dreaded christmas shopping.
Thanks again, Clairey x

Clairey, my mum trained as a nurse, did school nursing and then finally a health visitor, she loved it. I work with a few health visitors and their work is very varied... And of course they are one of the vital services that are at the forefront of the prevention of child abuse x x x hugs x x

That's great news. My wife qualified as a nurse in October and managed to walk straight into a job. She's now loving it, slightly terrified of the responsibility but after three years training she had a rough idea of what to expect
Super exciting news! All that work is over! Such a good feeling, almost as good as the first pay day! hehe.
