My mates just bought a house and the back garden is a jungle, house has been empty for a year and I've been taking some of his massive dandelion leaves and plantain (giant and slender) however there was more stuff I'm unsure of what are they
Is a thistle like this edible ?

Thanks Jonathan and karen, should I maybe pull the root on that then and grow it as a variant for the diet ?

So gutted the places I know weeds haven't got killers etc on all have weeds that are no good ! :(

He had loads of massive dandelion leaves, great plantain and slender plantain that I've picked and is keeping well !

Here are some plants from my parents garden, just to see if they are any good ! Lol

I believe this is a welsh strawberry plant.

The last one looks like prickly sow thistle, but you do need a better shot for us to be sure. If it does turn out to be this... it's fine to feed. :)
