Hi all,

Can anyone recommend good books on weeds in the uk and wild flowers that I can take with me when I'm out hunting for edibles!

Thanks
Emma

I use the Collins nature guide..... Wild flowers of Britain and Europe. I conjunction with the tortoise table guide..... As not all weeds and wild flowers are tort friendly x x hugs x

For easy identification I have highlighted the tort friendly plants......
They are better identified when in flower as sometimes the leaves can look very similar. I found increasing my knowledge slowly year by years was the easiest for me..... Plantain, dandelion, pansy, then add a couple more the next year, soon you will be snapping up weeds wherever you go!!!
X x x hugs x x
