We've bought the Arcadia D3+ T5 (with reflector and controller) http://www.reptiles....viv-313872.html and a basking bulb http://www.reptiles....cks-391074.html (the 100W ones) with this holder http://www.reptiles....acket-8899.html

I know we have to adjust the height of the basking lamp in order to get the temperature right so does anyone have pics of their set-up that they could post to guide us on how to do this please?

Our plan for the T5 is to make a bracket thing to go over the top of the table to hang it off somehow.  Again can anyone share pics please?  We're not the most DIY-minded so want to make sure we don't mess things up!

Thank you.

Perfect sense thank you!  I was wondering how to go about adjusting it.  I could attach the holder I've bought to the adjustable stand couldn't I.

Presume I could put a reflector over the lamp holder I've bought?

It's a wooden enclosure.

Just looked at the bulbs we bought and they are reflector bulbs so are they ok to use alone?

My wooden indoor table top has a wooden arm with holes drilled in to take pegs at various heights to slot in the upper arm to take the lamp. It cost around £5 to setup and works really well. I don't have pics so will take some tomorrow if I have time before b=visiting the family. Failing that it will be Sunday ;)
