I've read lots of different pieces on Google as to what humidity a hermanns needs and none really give a definitive answer. There's lots of different ones.

What percentage does a hermanns need?

What they need is the ability to choose, so if we provide humid hides and a good dry basking spot, they will tell you what they need in between. It's always about giving them choice. Think about their native habitat where the days are dry, but the humidity under plants and under the soil at night can reach almost 100 % ;)

Yeah there's a lot of variety in humidity. In some places, I'm very close to 100 and others vary from 55 and above really
