My hatchlings have always taken their first food within a day 3 at the most. I have a week old hatchling that has not yet eaten. Weighed 9 grams on hatching. She had a bath and drank her belly full. Day 2 another drinking ssession and weigned 11 grams. She is still 11 grams. Displays typical behavior. Anyone else had similar experience?

In the wild they stay below ground for a week or so as the remnants of the yolk sac, which is now inside will sustain them that long. It's not good to insist they feed immediately. Tortoises that hatch naturally towards the end of the season often go straight into hibernation. My first hatchling of this year hatched last Thursday and took its first nibble today. The others have not eaten yet, which is fine ;)

Yes, not worried at all about her. She has been up and about today. My previous hatchlings always seem to surprise me how quickly they take to eating. I suspect as soon as she starts I won't be able to stop her.
