Hi my tort lives outside and successfully hibernated herself last year. Let her go this year and about 6 weeks ago she buried herself same place as last year and went quite far down. We out extra soil on top to ensure frost did not get in, but today is 13 degrees and has been most if the week, and I found her she'll sticking out of the earth. WHAT SHOULD I DO .......

Not sure if I will need to bring her back in? She's a Hermann about 9 years old.

They do this in the wild, so it has to be your choice to continue or not. Personally I would not deliberately leave a tortoise outdoors in this country given our wide range of winter temps.
