Mega Ray Bulbs - Unable To Contact

Hi All,

 

I ordered a mega ray bulb for my new tortoise and it arrived faulty (kept flickering).

I emailed the mega ray company but had no response, so after a week I decided to ring them and the number listed on their website says that it is no longer valid. 

I'm a bit stuck now as to what to do next.

Has anyone else had any similar issues? Have I missed something and they are suddenly no longer operating?

 

Any info would be much appreciated.

Hi, I've only just ordered one myself last week and it came fine, I've never had any problems with there bulbs, they can some times be slow at responding to emails, if you have face book you could maybe message them through there. :)   https://www.facebook...?ref=ts&fref=ts
