Help On Whether This Is Safe To Feed My Baby Hermann Tortoises With

I have found plenty of these leaves in my area and i wanted to ask your opinion on whether this is safe to eat. 


I have attached some pictures for 5 different leaves.


Please let me know which one is safe by specifying the picture number please. I have numbered the 5 f them (photo #1, photo #2, photo #3, photo #4, photo #5).

1 Ivy.....toxic
2 Thistle........non toxic but often ignored
3 Dock.......high in oxalates, not a good idea
4 Hawkbit........fine
5 Bramble......nine toxic but rarely eaten
