Any advice as to what this is and is ot safe for tort to eat? Thanks.

That looks like Yellow Archangel, another of the nettle family. The flowers need to develop a bit further for a positive identification, but if it is, it’s completely safe for tortoises.

Thank you Graham. I will try to get another photo with the flowers open more and post it on the forum, just to be sure. Do appreciate your help/advice.
