White Dead Nettle(S)?

Two very similar leaf wildflowers but with rather different flower heads.Are they both regarded as white dead nettle??

Most likely a Stinging Nettle, Aud, the flowers tend to be a lot smaller, and can come in various colours, including blue, yellow and purple.

Hi the one on the left is a dead nettle,the one on the left is familiar - if the name comes to me I will see if it's ok for tortoise fodder!
