From advice from here I have changed substrate from tortoiselife to coir and keep it moist. I did remove a half log which had developed some mould maybe this was a problem? Torts are Hermanns.
Vet is an exotics specialist and tortoise owner. I think he chose oral to make it easier to give? He mentioned it being easy. If its not cleared up in 2 weeks we have to go back.

changed the substrate from tortoise life (50/50 topsoil/play sand) to Coir. Wow that stuff holds its moisture well.

Wilma was very active first day eating weeds and salad but today she dug in and stayed buried all day long under the spot light. I got her out in the evening and she went off into a hide. I think she has a strong urge to hibernate?!?! she is from a different shop to the other 2.
