Mega Ray Bulbs - Unable To Contact

Hi All,


I ordered a mega ray bulb for my new tortoise and it arrived faulty (kept flickering).

I emailed the mega ray company but had no response, so after a week I decided to ring them and the number listed on their website says that it is no longer valid. 

I'm a bit stuck now as to what to do next.

Has anyone else had any similar issues? Have I missed something and they are suddenly no longer operating?


Any info would be much appreciated.
